# Access your Udemy account & content

## As you attempt to access your Udemy account to learn, here are some FAQs that might assist you

**I am having trouble logging in to my account on Udemy**

In case you can’t access your Udemy account, please contact Udemy support via [this link](https://support.udemy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?type=student). When creating the ticket mention you are a “Juno User” to ensure you get the relevant support ASAP. 

 

**Some courses disappeared from my Udemy account**

You can follow Udemy's guide on missing courses [here](https://support.udemy.com/hc/en-us/articles/229231067-How-to-Find-Your-Missing-Course?).

If the guide didn't help, please contact Juno support with your Udemy account email, course name, and purchase date. We will issue a new voucher for you to repurchase the course.
