I am having trouble logging in to my account on Udemy
In case you can’t access your Udemy account, please contact Udemy support via this link. When creating the ticket mention you are a “Juno User” to ensure you get the relevant support ASAP.
Some courses disappeared from my Udemy account
You can follow Udemy's guide on missing courses here.
If the guide didn't help, please contact Juno support with your Udemy account email, course name, and purchase date. We will issue a new voucher for you to repurchase the course.
