Managing Drafts and Publishing Content

Active drafts are not visible to end users consuming the course.

When you’re ready to make updates live, simply click the Publish icon.
📖 Accessing Version History

Click the Version icon in the top menu to view previous versions.

On the right-hand side, you’ll see:

A complete version history.

The names of team members who made edits to each version.

Click on a version to see a side-by-side comparison between:

The previous version.
-
The current version.

Understanding Visual Indicators

Red Highlights: Content that was removed from the previous version.

Green Highlights: New content that has been added.

You can also see these changes directly inline within the editor.
🔄 Restoring Previous Versions

To revert to an older version, click Restore This Version at the top of the version history panel.
