Content Editor: Version Control

Version control ensures content accuracy, consistency, and smooth collaboration by tracking edits, showing who made changes, and allowing easy reversion to previous versions.

Managing Drafts and Publishing Content

  • Active drafts are not visible to end users consuming the course.

  • When you’re ready to make updates live, simply click the Publish icon.

📖 Accessing Version History

  • Click the Version icon in the top menu to view previous versions.

  • On the right-hand side, you’ll see:

    • A complete version history.

    • The names of team members who made edits to each version.

  • Click on a version to see a side-by-side comparison between:

    • The previous version.

    • The current version.

Understanding Visual Indicators

  • Red Highlights: Content that was removed from the previous version.

  • Green Highlights: New content that has been added.

  • You can also see these changes directly inline within the editor.

🔄 Restoring Previous Versions

  • To revert to an older version, click Restore This Version at the top of the version history panel.

  • Juno Journey allows administrators to:

    • Work on drafts.

    • Refine content changes.

    • Publish updates when fully ready.

💡 By using version control effectively, you ensure content remains clear, accurate, and up to date—while fostering better collaboration across your team.
