Many users often ask us how to log out of Juno Journey, since there isn’t a visible “Log Out” or “Sign Out” button inside the platform.
Juno Journey uses a Single Sign-On (SSO) or Magic Link login system, depending on your company’s setup.
Because of this, there’s usually no need for a traditional log-out option.
Please check under My Profile if there is a direct button to sign out:
If the button is not there and you want to sign out, simply manually type the following in your browser’s address bar:
https://your-company-name.the-juno.com/logout
(Replace your-company-name
with the name that appears in your Juno Journey URL — for example: https://juno-customers.the-juno.com/logout

If your organization uses SSO (e.g., Microsoft, Google, or Okta) and you would like to fully end your session, please make sure to also log out from your SSO provider or clear your browser cookies.
