→All Company Goals

You’ll see a dropdown list of all goals created by employees across your company.
To analyse or share the data externally, you can export the list to Excel.
Each goal in the overview includes the following details:

Launch Status (Launched/Not Launched)

Create a Personalized Analytics Widget:

Go to Widget Builder.

Click Create New Widget.

Under the "Activity" section, select Growth Plan Goals Created or Growth Plan Action Items Created.

Apply filters based on:

Goal Name
- Goal Status
- Username
- Department

Mentor
- User Role (Learner, Manager, Admin)

Once you’ve customized the widget, click Create, and it will appear on your Analytics Dashboard.
