Basic Features:

  1. Heading 1, 2, & 3: Use these options to structure your content with different heading levels.
  2. Paragraph: Craft detailed explanations or descriptions for your learners.
  3. Quote: Use a quote to share someone’s exact words for ideas or proof.
  4. Link: Use this option to insert a link to a selected text. 


 

Multimedia Integration:

  1. Document, Image, & Video: Seamlessly upload, link, or embed files. Whether they're stored locally on your computer, in Google Drive, OneDrive, or linked from another website, our Text Editor supports them all.
  2. Record Video: Add a unique touch by enabling admins, trainers, instructors, or presenters to record via webcam or desktop. This feature is ideal for introduction segments or showcasing specific content.
  3. Audio: Upload or link an audio file to enhance your learning material. Note: Embedding audio is currently not supported.
  4. GIF: Browse our expansive library to find the perfect GIF, or simply paste one from your favourite website.
  5. Embed: Integrate web content directly into your Course using our embed feature.
  6. File: Guide your learners to valuable resources by uploading external content.

💡For cloud drive links, ensure sharing permissions are set so learners can access the content.

Questions:

  1. Multi-Choice Question: Test comprehension with multiple-choice questions.
  2. True/False Question: Use true or false questions to gauge learner understanding.
  3. File Question: Allow learners to upload files as part of their assessment.
  4. Open Question: Engage learners with open-ended questions for detailed answers.

  2. Reuse & Duplicate:
    • Duplicate: Create an independent copy of your content, ensuring the original remains unchanged. 
    • Reuse: Replicate content with a link to its original. Edits made in the reused content are reflected in the original and vice versa, provided they're made by authorized personnel.
